"The taxi did not arrive either to collect me from station or to take me back? I had to make other arrangements and pay for it on the day, so will be claiming this back. I called them and they said they would not be attending so I had to source alternative arrangements. Please make sure you make a complaint and get your money back. I got back later than I wanted as I missed the train as I had to make alternative arrangements to get to the station. message from the passenger"

"Driver was in Car park 5 at Birmingham Airport ,30 min free car park and was hard to understand so maybe meeting place should be highlighted when booking is made , it's only a minor issue otherwise everything else was good ."
