"There was no meet and greet in the airport, we pushed our luggage to the free car park once we had established where the taxi was. Our driver did not appear to be familiar with his vehicle. We requested a stop at a service station as we had a nursing mother and young baby in our group. After finding a garage off the route and discovering there was no toilet in his haste to get to a service station he drove off without checking all passengers were secure and comfortable..my daughter was holding her baby and not strapped in. He drove very fast with lapses of concetration as indicated by his posotion on the road. He seemed over tired though stressed he was not. A couple of times we felt in fear of our lives and were relieved to get home where we offered the driver a hot drink and sought reassurance that he would rest before driving back. It is disappointing to have to write this but, having been already let down by Thomas Cook and diverted to Birmingham we have been taken advantage of financially by all companies involved in repatriation. The expense incurred by this journey was no exception."

He also complained we had left the back door open whilst trying to put in a wheel chair. Drivers job i would have thought to check the doors and help with wheelchair. "

"Horrific! i booked for my wedding day to take guests from the venue to all local hotels. I called the company provided as our taxi a month before my event and confirmed that 2x 8 seaters we’re avaliable and the time of arrival was 11:30pm and paid in full in advance as per the term and conditions. I also had this in writing! To double check I called the day before the event on the same number I phoned prior and left a message to confirm all was still ok. I received no reply. I called again on the morning of my wedding and left a further message. At 12pm my sister called as i hadn’t had a reply and the phone was immediately picked up. They suddenly weren’t aware of a booking, 2x 8 seaters were never avaliable and they ‘may be able to get them, but it may be two 5 seater’ At 11:30pm no one showed. By 12:15 I had over 15 guests standing in a field waiting for a way home. My sister had to start giving lifts herself to elderly guests who had stood in the rain for 45 minutes until they finally showed. I haven’t since had no apology or an explanation. Horrific service. Would never recommend them or rely on them! "

"My driver was 30 mins late meaning I was left at the venue alone after the wedding had finished at 1am in the morning which was definitely not ideal as a young woman. I was expecting a saloon car but a large minibus arrived and someone had previously been sick in the van that night so we had to go the whole journey with the windows wide open to escape the smell and so it was absolutely freezing. This is not the level of service I would expect to receive when paying £60 for a 30 mins journey so I was thoroughly disappointed and would be grateful for compensation as a gesture of apology."
