But further delayed as one suitcase had been lost. 1 passenger went through and found driver to explain further delay whilst Airport staff hunted for missing luggage. Case eventually found in luggage dump 3/4 hour later. Driver had to charge us additional sum for his time and additional car Park fee. In order to make payment had to scan details of Credit card onto his i-pad. Told receipt would be sent to my e-mail address (gwynedd99@ btinternet.com), but to date this not received. Please send urgently as needed to claim from Airport.
