"there was confusion about pick up time: I entered p/u of 8:30am but it processed as Noon. Finally got through to you as we waited at 8:30. our flight was at Noon so a Noon p/u was absurd. Yes, I should have proof read the very small print in the confirmation email but In speaking finally to a supervisor (the initial person was useless) it should have been clear that a car for Noon would be canceled. And yet, I got a text from a driver at Noon who showed up when I was already on the plane. Clearly, your communication is inadequate, I pre-paid and so I expect a FULL refund for the trip not taken. I can either leave a good review or a bad review of your customer service. "
